Moonstone Towers. These small, polished towers exhibit the classic adularescence, or ‘schiller,‘ unique to Moonstone, displaying flashes of white or blue light when rotated. Most are pure Moonstone, showcasing a creamy white or pale grey translucency. MA is a beautiful combination of Moonstone and Sunstone, featuring warm peach, orange, and glittering flecks of hematite or goethite (aventurescence) alongside the Moonstone‘s soft glow.

• Moonstone is a feldspar showing adularescence, a soft glow caused by light scattering between thin alternating layers of two feldspars
• Colour varies from white and grey to peach, green and black depending on trace elements and inclusions
• It sits at Mohs 6–6.5
