Open Basket Policy
An open basket lets you buy pieces across several restocks and live sales, then have everything posted together in one parcel. You pay for each item when you order, and only pay shipping once.
How it works
- Start your basket. On your first order, enter the code OPEN at checkout. [This removes the shipping charge for now / Describe what the code does.]
- Keep adding. Use the code OPEN on each order after that, whether it's from a website restock or a live sale claim.
- Close your basket. When you're ready, place your final order without the code, or [message me / tick "close my basket" at checkout]. Shipping is charged once, on that final order, for the whole parcel.
How long can I keep it open?
Baskets can stay open for up to 12 weeks from your first order. If you reach that limit, I'll get in touch to arrange shipping. [Over Christmas, baskets must be closed by Friday 18 December to arrive in time.]
When will it ship?
Orders are packed and posted on Mondays & Thursdays. Close your basket by 1pm to make the next dispatch.
Good to know
- Your pieces are reserved for you as soon as you've paid. Nobody else can buy them.
- International baskets are welcome. Shipping is worked out on the final order, based on the total weight.
- If your final order is small and the basket is heavy, I may send you an invoice for the difference in postage.
